A6 Terms of Service

By creating or using an A6 account, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to act for the company and keep account credentials secure.

Service and trial

A6 provides time, task and equipment operations software. New companies receive a 30-day trial. Continued access requires the $49 monthly A6 Standard subscription, covering up to 30 active employees and unlimited equipment. Prices may change with advance notice.

Google sign-in

You may sign up or sign in with Google. When you choose that option, A6 uses your Google-verified email address to create or find your A6 account; the same terms apply regardless of how you sign in. Google sign-in does not grant A6 access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Owners may manage or cancel billing from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period when Stripe reports that period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful employee time practices, payroll review, equipment maintenance decisions, data accuracy, permissions, backups of exported records and all notices or consents required by law. Predictions and reminders are estimates and do not replace manufacturer guidance or safety inspections.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, A6 is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Any total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the prior three months.
