A6 Privacy Policy
A6 collects account, employee, time, task, equipment, device, security and billing-status information needed to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by A6.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure A6, deliver requested emails, provide support, maintain audit records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides A6 with your verified email address, name and Google account identifier so A6 can authenticate you or prefill account creation. A6 does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars and does not retain Google access tokens.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email delivery, identity, monitoring and Stripe billing providers that process information on our behalf. Company owners control the workforce records they enter and are responsible for providing required employee notices.
Retention and choices
Records remain while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, disputes and legal obligations. Company owners may request export or deletion by emailing support@joina6.com. Some audit, tax or security records may need to be retained.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, password hashing, tenant separation and limited administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
